Our experienced instructors deliver Movement and Techniquecourses for newer climbers hoping to gain skills and take their climbing further. These are designed to help you take your technique to the next level and master the art of effortless climbing.
If you are serious about wanting to improve your climbing, you first need to know what areas you need to focus on. Lattice Assessments will show where your strengths and weaknesses lay and what to best target to make gains going forward.
physical training and bespoke coaching
We offer 4 different physical training sessions as well as bespoke training via personal coaching. Bespoke sessions can be booked by any ability of climber and can be a one-off or as regular sessions to deliver a personalised training plan or just to help you improve your climbing.
