External Instructors

External Instructor Access at TCA

We welcome instructors holding Mountain Training climbing qualifications to use TCA climbing walls with their private groups. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, external instructors must register at least 48 hours in advance of their visit.

While we always do our best to accommodate visiting instructors and their groups, unregistered or unbooked instructors may be refused entry during busy times or when space is limited.

Requirements for registration

To use our walls as an external instructor, you must provide the following:

• A valid CWI and/or RCI award (or higher)

• A current First Aid certificate

• Proof of public liability insurance

• Evidence of your Mountain Training qualification
