Membership pass holders can now make account updates and request changes online using the secure form below
- Update your contact information
- Update your payment information (monthly billed customers)
- Freeze your membership
- Un-freeze your membership
- Cancel your monthly membership
- Request other changes, using the comments box.
The change request will be flagged to a member of staff who can then approve/action your request as soon as possible. Terms and conditions apply
Terms & Conditions
- Multi-month passes can be frozen for no less than 1 month (up to 3 months) at a time
- 3 month student passes cannot be frozen.
- 2 pass freezes are permitted in any 12 month period.
- Cancellation AND freeze requests must be received no later than the 1st of the month to be applied before the next billing cycle, otherwise the pass will be cancelled or frozen after the next billing has been processed. No refund will be given in this case.
