Climb. Connect. Progress.
Young Adult Climbers’ Club (15–21)
A welcoming space for young climbers to challenge themselves, develop new skills and build confidence – all in the company of others who share a love of climbing. With a focus on roped climbing and a bit of bouldering to mix things up, each session is dynamic, sociable and supportive.
Led by experienced coaches, this club is all about progressing your technique, trying out new routes and pushing your comfort zone in a friendly, inclusive environment. Whether you’re aiming to improve or just want to stay active and meet others, it’s a great way to stay involved in climbing.
It’s also an ideal stepping stone toward climbing independently with confidence. If you’re working through NICAS, you can use these sessions to keep your logbook up to date. Prefer bouldering? Take a look at our Youth Boulder Club at The Mothership.
Price includes entry, coaching for 1.5 hours and equipment hire.
New to climbing? If you haven’t climbed before, you will first need to complete one of our Beginners’ Courses. Under 16s book the Youth Beginners’ Course and over 16s book the Adult Beginners’ Course. Once you have passed this course, you can attend the club.
U18 supervision Under 18s must climb with a TCA instructor or a registered adult roped climber. Unsupervised access may be granted after regular attendance at the Young Adult Climbers’ Club. Email instructingteambristol@theclimbingacademy.com to find out more.
