Holiday Climbing
School’s Out – Time to Climb!
At The Newsroom and The Prop Store, we run instructor-led sessions during the Easter, Summer and October holidays. It’s a brilliant way for kids to have a proper laugh while building up their confidence, coordination, and problem-solving skills on the wall.
- The Newsroom (Kinning Park): Holiday sessions are focused on bouldering (climbing at lower heights over mats).
- The Prop Store (Maryhill): Holiday sessions mainly focus on roped climbing, with a bit of bouldering mixed in.

Easter at The Newsroom
Join us on Tuesdays and Wednesdays (7, 8, 14, and 15 April 2026) for our fun holiday sessions. We’ve got dedicated slots for different age groups running throughout the day. Food add-on available to purchase during booking (unsupervised post-climb).
- Ages 5-8: Morning and early afternoon sessions available (£13).
- Ages 8-12: Late afternoon sessions (£15).

Drop in anytime
You don’t need a scheduled session to visit us. We are open for bouldering every day—just turn up and get started. No experience or booking required.
