Climbing is great full-body exercise for everyone from complete beginners to elite athletes; you can make your climbing session as easy or as tough as you want, depending on how you feel or what your goals are. Give it a go, you’ll probably get hooked.

New to bouldering? Start today

Bouldering is climbing without ropes over thick mats – fun, social, and easier to start than you might think. No need to book or take a course – just turn up and climb. To save time on arrival, complete forms online before you visit. These include a short safety video with everything you need to know to get started.

Under 16s must be supervised by a registered adult. One adult can supervise up to two others per visit.

Bouldering Inductions

Want a bit more guidance? Join a Bouldering Induction for a welcoming introduction to climbing. You’ll learn key techniques, get safety guidance, and pick up tips to help you start with confidence. After the session, you’re free to keep climbing and explore on your own. See Course prices.
