Movement & Technique

Our specialist instructors host a range of sessions and courses for adults (16+) of all abilities. These are designed to help you take your technique to the next level and master the art of effortless climbing.

We are introducing a new suite of technique classes available at both Glasgow centres. All Movement & Technique classes will eventually be available at both The Newsroom and The Prop Store, so you can easily choose the course that best suits your needs at the most convenient location. From autumn 2024 you will be able to book Fundamentals at both centres, plus Break into Blues at The Prop Store, with the full suite available everywhere from January 2025.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, an intermediate climber stuck at a plateau, or an experienced climber aiming to target specific weaknesses, we have a class for you. Bookable classes will appear in the widget below.
