EFT (MONTHLY BILLED) MEMBERSHIPS AND PASSES
Get unfrozen before your first visit
If your membership was frozen during lockdown it will be automatically restarted on your first visit back. If you know when you will make your first visit (approximately) we would like to encourage members to request your unfreeze in advance via My TCA. This will mean that we can process the reactivation remotely without the need for any interaction at the front desk.
Requesting to be unfrozen in advance will save you having to speak to staff on your first visit and will minimise queuing time for all. If you are unsure, then just alert staff on your first visit back.
A huge thank you to everyone who was able to keep your membership running during lockdown to support our business in paying ongoing overheads. We are hugely grateful to each and every one of you.
To those who kindly contributed £10 per month during lockdown, this will be automatically stop on the date of reopening in each city. If you previously had a pre-paid membership, your account will revert to the number of days left on that. Speak to staff on arrival to get set up with entry.
NEW CONTACTLESS PASSES AND PUNCH CARDS
If you do not want to sign up for a pass, but you are planning on returning, we are asking climbers to buy punch card visits in advance online to minimise transactions at reception. These can be redeemed anytime and bought in 5 or 10 visits. On your first visit, we will associate this with a scannable TCA card or even just another storecard – for contactless scan entry thereafter. If you have any membership questions that cannot be answered online please email Bristol or Glasgow.

NB. Off-peak and multi-month passes are currently only available at reception.
Corporate membership prices will be frozen at March 2020 prices. This will allow us to assess if there has been any change in numbers. We will be in contact in 3 months time to confirm any necessary changes in corporate membership level.
We will be continuing to accept MoveGB members. Please note our amended opening hours.
Gift cards and membership
Gift cards can be used for membership, but currently, these cannot be used directly for online purchases. If you would like to apply a gift card code to the purchase of a membership, please send us a message via My TCA along with your gift voucher reference.
