Pre-paid passes and reopening
Everything you need to know about pre-paid passes as we reopen centres.
Automatic unfreezing for most members
EFT (REGULAR BILLING) AND MONTHLY PASSES
All passes that were active before lockdown were automatically frozen while we were closed and will be unfrozen on the day of opening (which is likely to be 12 April in Bristol and 26 April in Glasgow).
If you would prefer to remain frozen, please send us a request via My TCA.
If your pass was still frozen prior to the most recent lockdown, you will remain frozen. Just let us know via My TCA when you are ready to come back or if you would like to cancel your pass.
CONTACTLESS PASSES AND PUNCH CARDS
For those who require a new pass, you can buy that online (see also links below). If you are unsure, ask staff on your first visit back. See prices here.
If you do not want to sign up for a pass, but you are planning on returning, we are asking climbers to buy punch card visits in advance online to minimise transactions at reception. These can be redeemed anytime and bought in 5 or 10 visits. On your first visit, we will associate this with a scannable TCA card or even just another storecard – for contactless scan entry thereafter. If you have any membership questions that cannot be answered online please email Bristol or Glasgow.
