As we emerge from coronavirus lockdown, we are making every effort to minimise personal interaction at reception to keep our staff and customers safe. As such where possible, we ask you to undertake transactions online before you come to our centres.
By buying a pass or punch card you will be able to scan a card for contactless entry on arrival. Visit our prices page for more info on cost and offers.

We have simplified our pricing structure. For flexibility, you can choose to make a single payment for a block of time (a great idea for birthday presents) or you can spread payments throughout the year with EFT (monthly card billing – like direct debit).
For multi-month passes (under 12 months), simply multiply the monthly costs. For families or couples passes (under 12 months) the 2nd adult will only be charged at a concession price – then add children as required. Annual passes are equivalent to 10 months for the price of 12 and can be bought for a period of up to 5 years max.
Off-peak only pass = concession price.
A child is any supervised under 18. Concessions include students, unsupervised under 18, unemployed etc.
MONTHLY BILLING – AUTOMATED EFT PAYMENT
To ensure uninterrupted access to our services, you may choose to pay monthly via our electronic funds transfer payment plan. This integrates with web payment processor Stripe to bill you once a month on your designated credit or debit card. Please note that this is a 1-month rolling contract.
PRE-PAID SINGLE VISITS – PUNCH CARDS
Punch cards can be bought in 5s and 10s and redeemed anytime at any TCA centre. On your first visit, we will associate this with a scannable TCA card or even just another storecard – for contactless scan entry thereafter.

MANAGING CHANGES TO YOUR MEMBERSHIP
You can freeze, unfreeze, cancel and make other changes to your membership via My TCA. This applies to both single-payment and monthly card billing.
