STAY UP-TO-DATE WITH THE LATEST COVID-19 RELATED NEWS IN TCA LIFE
The Mothership was the first-ever TCA wall, opened in 2008. With many varied, funky shaped walls, it broke the ground for a new style of climbing walls that focuses on the social aspect of the sport as much as the climbing itself. The Mothership is still going strong and we’re always refreshing the walls with new problems for climbers of all abilities to try. We are determined to make climbing more inclusive. Find out more about the annual Bristol Inclusive Climbing Festival.
The centre has a range of facilities. For the more experienced climbers, we have our classic ‘woody’ and MoonBoard for training, as well as endurance circuits and a state-of-the-art lattice board. In 2019 the centre will be expanding – follow us on social for updates.
Our cafe and lounge area is a welcoming space to take a rest and enjoy a coffee, cake or savoury treat before, during or after a climbing session. We are open to the public, so feel free to swing by even if you’re not climbing.
We’re situated just off the Bristol-Bath cycle path making it easy to ride to, with a safe and secure bike locking area. There’s also ample onsite and on-street parking.
Your TCA membership entitles you to climb at all centres.
