Come and climb

No booking required

The Arc is open to all climbers. No booking is required. You can complete forms online to save time before you visit. Although if you’re not sure, just turn up and our staff will talk you through the process. Arrive anytime and stay as long as you want – right up until closing.

You can pay on arrival, but it is possible to pre-buy single visits with punch cards or buy a pass online. See all prices. Please be patient while our staff  get to grips with high levels of new climbers and new systems.

Opening times

  • from Mon 14 Feb:
    Mon-Fri: 9am-9.30pm (off peak prices before 3pm)
    Sat-Sun: 9am-5.30pm (off peak prices after 3pm)
GETTING HERE: Disabled and bike parking only available on site. Public car parking is available at Wood Lane or Gladstone Road. Read more here

New climbers’ courses

Check for availability on our taster sessions and the very first scheduled fast-track adult roped beginners course. We will be adding more courses in the coming weeks and months.

Skatepark

The skatepark opening times are restricted in accordance with planning permission regulations from Wiltshire Council. Therefore the skatepark will not be open before 8am, after 8pm or after dark (which will be much earlier at certain times of year). The skatepark will close in wet, icy or snowy conditions. Come and visit

The Arc Cafe

The Arc Cafe will be open to all visitors – even non-climbers. Card and cash payments accepted. Dogs are not allowed in the buildings and skatepark, but they will be allowed on the cafe decking, which includes some covered seating.
