We’ve got great news for our climbing community – two brilliant new ways to get rewarded just for doing what you love. Whether you’re grabbing a coffee, stocking up on gear, or introducing a mate to the wall for the first time, you can now earn real ££ to spend at TCA.

Get ££ back on our new cafe & shop loyalty scheme

Every time you spend in a TCA cafe or shop and link the purchase to your account, you’ll earn real credit – not points, but actual ££ – to put towards future purchases, inc. snacks, drinks, shop items, and even shoe hire.

And to kick things off, we’re giving you credit for everything you’ve spent between 1 May 2024 and 30 April 2025. That’s right – we’re backdating it! All rewards will be added to your account soon.

What you’ll earn

• Standard cafe & shop purchases: 2% back
• Hot drinks: 10% back – like a free coffee for every 10

You’ll see your credit as ££ on your receipts and in your Lightspeed customer profile (log in via our online shop with your TCA email – no password needed!).

Refer a Friend – You both get £5!

Got a climbing pal who hasn’t joined TCA yet? Now’s the perfect time to spread the word. Send them your referral code via your Capitan account and give them a nudge to join the fun. When your friend signs up for their first climbing pass using your code:

• They get £5 off
• You get £5 credit

Spend credit on anything in the Capitan system – including day entries, punch cards, or even your monthly membership. You’ll find your referral code just beneath your barcode in your TCA account. Refer up to 4 people per month.

Earn credit every time you spend in our cafe or shop, and get £5 climbing credit every time a friend signs up with your code. It’s our way of saying thanks for being part of the TCA community!
