TCA Cafe and Shop Loyalty Scheme

 

Get £ back every time you spend!

We’re excited to launch our brand-new loyalty scheme across TCA cafes and shops!

Every time you make a qualifying purchase linked to your account, you’ll earn real £ credit to spend next time – whether you’re grabbing a coffee or fueling up for your session. It’s our way of saying thanks for supporting your local climbing centre.

💥 Kickstarting the scheme:
 We’re backdating your earnings! All qualifying purchases made between 1 May 2024 and 30 April 2025 will be rewarded. Your account will be credited with your total earnings on 5 May 2025.

 

How much can you earn?

  • Standard cafe and shop purchases: 2% back – that’s £2 for every £100 spent
  • Hot drinks: 10% back – like getting your 11th coffee free

You’ll see your credit as ££ on receipts and in your Lightspeed customer profile, when you log in to our online shop. Just enter your TCA email and Lightspeed will send you a link to access your profile. No password required!

Terms & Conditions

  • Loyalty credit is tracked through our Lightspeed system.
  • Customers are automatically enrolled if they have a customer account in either:
     – Capitan (our climbing gym system), or
     – Lightspeed (our shop/café system)
  • Credit is earned on the sale price after discounts.
  • Credit can be redeemed on cafe and shop purchases, but not on climbing entry, courses, or passes.
  • Credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • TCA may adjust the earn rate of specific items at any time.
  • Credits are redeemable on any cafe or shop purchase. 
  • Credit expires if no purchases are made within 2 years.

Got a climbing pal who hasn’t joined TCA yet? Now’s the perfect time to spread the word.

Every TCA climber has a unique referral code in their TCA account. When your friend signs up for their first climbing pass using your code, they get £5 off – and you get £5 credit added to your account. Win-win! You’ll get access to your account, once you have signed up to climb with at TCA. 

 

How it works

  • Log into your TCA account
  • Find your referral code just beneath your customer barcode
  • Share it with a friend before they buy their first pass 
  • When they use your code, they get £5 off their first pass – and you get £5 credit on your account

Terms & Conditions

  • Refer up to 4 people per month.
    Referral credits are applied only when a     new customer uses your code to buy their first pass of any type through Capitan.
  • Your £5 credit will appear in your Capitan account after their purchase.
    Referral credit can be spent on any climbing product within Capitan: entries, passes, punch cards, or bookings – including discounts on your monthly billing.
  • Referral credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • This can be used in conjunction with the First Pass Offer.
  • Only one referral code can be used per new customer.
