How to login in to your Capitan account

Here’s a quick guide to help you get logged in to your Capitan Account

Step-by-step:

1. Go to climber.hellocapitan.com
   Or simply scan the QR code in your climbing centre.
2. Click “Reset password”
   Don’t worry if you haven’t set one before—this is how you’ll create it.
3. Enter your email address
   Make sure it’s the one linked to your TCA account.
4. Check your inbox
   Look for an email from tca-climber and open it.
   

Follow the link to reset your password and log in – that’s it—you’re in! You can add the link to your homescreen, bookmark it or visit My TCA for easy access to your account. 

What you can do once you’re logged in:

• Save your barcode to your Apple or Google Wallet for quick check-ins
  If you don’t have a barcode at the top of your account. Just ask a member of staff on desk and they’ll generate one for you.
• Book classes and coaching sessions
  Straight from your account
• Buy passes
  See prices for more info on your options
• Refer your friends
  Send your code to a friend and when they buy a pass, you get £5 credit, they get £5 off
