Student project promotes climbing for wellbeing
Student project promoting The Climbing Academy
Digital design project
We were contacted by Glasgow Caledonian University student Ryan Feeney who was keen to use The Climbing Academy as a case study for his university project promoting wellbeing. We were delighted to help out and allowed Ryan to come and film at The Prop Store.
Below you can see the promotional video that Ryan produced.
Thanks to everyone who took part.

Design for change
In partnership with TCA, Glasgow Caledonian University’s “design for change” digital design curriculum produced this video. The UN Sustainable development goals were a requirement for my project, and I decided to focus on target number 3 — promoting good health and wellbeing.
The main objective of this mission is to promote and ensure healthy living for people of all ages.
The community is a key aspect of climbing, which is a sport with several advantages related to this objective. Climbing is popular because of the importance of community within it. The purpose of this project was to show the diversity and sense of community in climbing in order to encourage others to give it a try.
I used TCA Brand Guidelines to create a video that promotes the sense of community at our centres. This video was produced exclusively as a university project.

If you are working on any student projects that relate to TCA, give us a shout. We'd be interested to hear about your work.
