Get a taste of Olympic climbing

Climbing is not just for super-athletes. Come and try it for yourself with an Olympic climbing taster session.

New adventures

Try climbing

Have you always wanted to try climbing? We’ve just made it even easier. The Climbing Academy is offering Olympic taster sessions in Glasgow, Bristol and Chippenham.

As climbing heads to Paris for its second Olympics, you can head to TCA centres to try your hand at bouldering and roped climbing.

Give it a go

Who is this for?

These sessions are for anyone – we have a mix of family, kids and adult tasters available throughought the Olympics. If you’re in Bristol, we’ll also be running Holiday Bouldering sessions for 8-15yrs at The Mothership. No prior experience of climbing is required. You don’t have to be strong or particularly fit! We have angles and challenges to suit everyone – just ask our friend Fat Old Climber.
