Big Changes Are Coming: What You Need to Know
We’re excited to be making the final moves in our tech upgrade, switching to a new platform that will make life easier for everyone—smoother bookings, better passholder management, and a faster, more flexible experience all round. If you haven’t already, check out our earlier blog post here to see the full list of benefits.
Check out our Loyalty blog for exciting information on our new rewards, where you can earn loyalty on every ££ you spend in the cafe and shop. We’re also launching a referral scheme for passes!
Here’s what to expect as we make the transition:

Online Pass Purchases Paused
You won’t be able to purchase a pass online from this date until we’ve switched. You will still be able to purchase passes via the reception on arrival. -
MyTCA Change Requests Frozen
No pass changes (upgrades, freezes, cancellations) will be possible online until the new system launches. You can still make changes at reception until we’ve switched over. -
Online Shop Closed
Our online shop will be closed for purchases, re-opening on Thu 1 May with a shiny new storefront. Keep your eyes peeled for lots of new products available to purchase online.

Gift Card Redemption Paused
Gift cards will not be redeemable during this window. They’ll be back up and running by the weekend of 3 May. All existing gift card balances will be transferred across.
Thu 1 May

New System Operational
Capitan goes live for pass purchases, day entries, punch cards and courses, with Lightspeed handling café and shop purchases.

The good news is, when online purchases reopen, you’ll have access to:

The ability to earn loyalty on all online and in-store purchases

Online purchase options for day passes, punch cards, and month passes

Self-check-in functionality for registered pay-as-you-go customers—no more queuing to buy a day pass!
