Pay once, climb twice offer
Are you new to TCA and interested in trying climbing?
Pay for your first visit and your second is on us
Getting into climbing has never been easier. Take advantage of our newest offer: when you pay for your first entry to TCA, your 2nd visit is FREE – so you can keep the climbing psych going without having to dip into your pockets. This offer is valid at any TCA centre.
No booking is required. Just show up and a member of staff will add a free 2nd visit to your account.
Bouldering
No experience required
One of the biggest questions we get asked is if you need to do a course before starting. The answer is: no experience is required to get started in bouldering. Simply watch a safety briefing video, fill out a registration form, answer a couple of quick safety questions and we’ll get you on the wall in under 10 minutes.
You can boulder at all TCA centres, although bouldering space at The Church is extremely small as this is primarily a roped climbing centre. See locations for more info.
Roped Climbing
Free auto belay induction or complete a course
To make use of the roped wall areas of our centres there is a little more to it than bouldering. Although TCA are here to help you get on your climbing journey. Our centres with roped climbing areas all have auto belays* where you can receive a FREE induction from a member of staff – just ask next time you’re in. We run Beginners courses for both top-rope and lead climbing. Check out our courses to find out more on how you can progress these skills.
The Prop Store in Glasgow and The Arc in Chippenham both have bouldering and roped climbing. The Church in Bristol is a dedicated roped climbing centre with board training facilities available.
*Auto belays are being installed at The Church in early Autumn 2024.
