Make changes to your account

If you are a registered TCA customer, you can update your personal details, change payment method, link family accounts, buy entry and book courses via your account. You can also add your TCA account to Apple or Google wallet for easy check-in and check-out. If you can’t yet see your add to wallet link, please email us at the address below and we’ll get you set up. Plus you can access your unique, referral code to earn £s for you and £s-off for your friends. Just click the menu for full options at the link below.

Freezes

You can freeze monthly billing passes yourself via your Capitan account. To freeze a pre-paid pass please call the relevant centre or come to reception on your next visit to process your request. For any other account-related questions, please email customer-service@theclimbingacademy.com. For info on pass freezes, view T&Cs.

Join an Association If you are over 70 or a student, join the relevant association. Where discounts are applicable for these groups you will get them applied automatically.

Refer a Friend – You both get £5!

Are you a pass-holder? Got a climbing pal who hasn’t joined TCA yet? Now’s the perfect time to spread the word. Send them your referral code via your Capitan account and give them a nudge to join the fun. When your friend signs up for their first climbing pass using your code:

  • They get £5 off
  • You get £5 credit

Spend credit on anything in the Capitan system – including day entries, punch cards or even your monthly membership. You’ll find your referral code just beneath your barcode in your account. Refer up to 4 people per month. Read more about earning TCA shop and cafe loyalty rewards. The referral scheme is only for EFT & pre-paid, not for PAYG or punch cards.
