Exciting changes are coming to The Climbing Academy!

We’re upgrading our customer management and point-of-sale system, moving from Rock Gym Pro to Capitan with Lightspeed. This switch, which will happen in May, will bring faster, smoother, and more flexible experiences – both at our centres and online.

  • Seamless Check-Ins with Digital Membership Cards

No more searching for your key tag! With our new system, you’ll be able to store your TCA membership card in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. That means quick, contactless check-ins—just tap your phone and climb!

  • A Smarter, More Rewarding Loyalty Scheme

We’re introducing a brand-new loyalty program, making it even more rewarding to be part of the TCA community. Whether it’s discounts on entry, free coffees, or exclusive member perks, you’ll be able to earn and redeem rewards more easily than ever before.

  • A Faster, Smoother Experience at the Counter

With Lightspeed handling our retail and café purchases, transactions will be quicker and more efficient. Expect faster service at peak times, easier payments, and a smoother process whether you’re buying chalk, booking a coaching session, or grabbing a post-climb coffee.

  • Better Online Booking & Account Management

Managing your climbing life is about to get easier! With Capitan’s improved online booking system, you’ll have:

What Do You Need to Do?

We’re working hard to make this transition as smooth as possible, but here’s how you can prepare:

1. Look out for updates – We’ll be sharing more details soon, including how to set up your new digital membership card.
2. Be patient with us – The switch-over will take a little time. We aim to change in May. There may be a few teething issues, but our team will be on hand to help!
3. Get ready to enjoy the perks – Once everything is in place, you’ll have a more streamlined, rewarding experience at TCA.
