Anna Beata Yoga is missing her usual TCA sessions, but you can now bring her into the heart of your quarantine.
In an effort to a) keep you limber and b) support our usual practitioners, you can now join an at-home yoga session with Anna from the comfort of wherever you have parked your yoga mat*. You don’t need to be an expert yogi. All levels are welcome.
Anna shared her thoughts on yoga as movement medicine last year. Now, more than ever we need encouragement and guidance. Anna’s sessions will provide deep connectedness to body and mind to help promote physical, mental and emotional wellness.
*you don’t even need a yoga mat. It just helps you from slipping.
