According to the latest government advice both Glasgow and Bristol centres are now closed due to coronavirus: Glasgow from 26 December and Bristol from 5 January – both until further notice.

Freezes and unfreezes
PRE-PAID PASS HOLDERS
If you had unfrozen your pass after the last lockdown, this will be frozen from the date above and will automatically go live when we reopen. Your pass expiry date will extend by the duration of the lockdown.
MONTHLY BILLED (EFT) CUSTOMERS
If you had unfrozen your pass after the last lockdown, this will be frozen from the date above and will automatically go live when we reopen. You will be credited an amount equivalent to the duration of this lockdown.
If you have not yet returned since the first lockdown or your account is currently frozen, your account will remain frozen until you let us know that you are happy to come back (via My TCA).
You can request to be frozen or unfrozen anytime via My TCA. We cannot make changes to your account via messages on social media channels.
