Struggling with powerful moves? Feeling limited by your strength on steep terrain? Our Performance & Training: Strength Workshops will help you build the physical foundation to climb with more confidence, control, and endurance.
Designed for climbers new to structured strength training, this two-part workshop will teach you how to train effectively, avoid common pitfalls, and apply strength-building principles both off the wall and on the wall to maximise your gains.
What to Expect
Part One
Strength Training Fundamentals (2 hours)
- Learn how to train smarter, not just harder
- Explore off-the-wall exercises that build climbing-specific strength
- Understand key training principles that make a real difference to your climbing
Part Two
Strength Training on the Wall (2 hours)
- Apply strength-building strategies directly to your climbing sessions
- Learn how to structure your sessions for maximum strength gains
- Develop a long-term approach to getting stronger, not just fitter
Details
- £70 (includes both sessions)
- Wednesdays – two sessions (2 hours each) on non-consecutive weeks
- Maximum of four participants per session for focused coaching
- Suitable for anyone new to structured strength training
- Must be able to attend both sessions.
