Jay Cramb: Jay owns and runs Ridgestone Physical Therapies and is a keen outdoor enthusiast himself. He qualified as a therapist in June 2016 after 18 months of study in both Swedish and Sports and Remedial therapies, receiving diplomas in both with the Western School of Massage in Glasgow. He also gained further qualifications in Kinesiology taping in October 2016 with Sports Therapy Scotland; and in Sport and Kinesiology Taping in January 2017 with ProActive Training.
Jay is registered with the Scottish Massage Therapists Organisation and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council; is fully insured, and has his Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) certification from Disclosure Scotland.
Every Wednesday from 5 – 9pm, Jay runs a Drop-in Clinic in The Newsroom Cafe. This is for you to come and have a chat about any injuries or training support you may need. Bookings will normally be made then for other times outside of this. It may be possible for bookings during Clinic night, so please call him to discuss.
