External Providers

External Provider Access at TCA

We welcome external providers holding appropriate qualifications and insurance to use TCA climbing walls. To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, external providers should register at least 48 hours in advance of their visit. While we always do our best to accommodate external providers, we may refuse entry during peak times or when space is limited.

Requirements for Registration

To use our walls as an external provider, you must provide the following:

• Evidence of an appropriate qualification such as BWI, CWI and/or RCI award (or higher).
• A current First Aid certificate.
• Proof of public liability insurance and professional indemnity insurance.
• Evidence of your Mountain Training qualification.
