Yoga and Pilates

Here at TCA Glasgow we are pleased to offer regular Yoga and Pilates classes throughout the Autumn and Winter to help you develop a supple and strong body allowing you to maximise your ability on the wall. Online bookings for yoga and pilates classes are now available through our website. All classes cost just £5 per session but are FREE to our 6 Month, Annual and Direct Debit holders (booking required). Please speak to our staff for more details.
